Vice President of Sales USA

NuVo Technologies, the fastest-growing brand in multi-room audio systems for the home, seeks a dynamic, creative, motivated individual to be its new Vice President of Sales USA. This individual will possess the drive, determination and talent to lead the domestic sales efforts of a cutting-edge manufacturer that is well-recognized as an innovator in its category, and whose U.S. sales grew by 50 percent in 2007. The position reports directly to the company president and is a member of the NuVo Leadership team.

The successful candidate will possess 10 years of sales and management experience, as well as a proven track record of growth in leading sales in the residential installation and retailing environments of the custom electronics industry. The Vice President of Sales USA will be responsible for strategic sales planning, budgeting, USA representative sales, education and training. Experience in international sales is a plus, and experience in hiring, firing, mentoring and coaching is important.

The qualified individual will possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration college degree, with a preference for Finance or Business. Additional formal training in selling skills and negotiations are a must. The candidate also should excel in public speaking and personal presentation, and place a high value on ethics and integrity.

The position is based in Hebron, KY (Cincinnati, Ohio area). NuVo recently was recognized by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as one of the Top 30 Fastest-Growing Companies in the region for the third consecutive year.
