Supernal is an exciting young rock band based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Calgary, Alberta. While Supernal draws inspiration musically from bands such as Incubus and the Foo Fighters, they benefit from the unique perspective of singer/guitarist Angela Elizabeth, who is the primary songwriter.
Their sound is shaped by innovative and honest songwriting, which is enhanced by Supernal’s highly energetic live show. Supernal has put thousands of miles on the tour van, with performances at venues from Vancouver, BC to New York, NY which has included dates with Finger Eleven, Angels & Airwaves and Taking Back Sunday. At every show, Angela’s emotionally-charged lyrics and explosive, honest delivery provides the essence of the band’s sound. Described as “one of the first female-fronted rock bands that actually rocks”, Supernal proves to be a captivating band that really, honestly - ROCKS!
To date, Supernal has released 3 cds along with a DVD which have received airplay on more than 300 Radio stations in the US and Canada which have been rated #1 all-time Pop / Rock track on Garageband.com. Impressive indeed, but the best is yet to come.

Calgary’s best-kept rock-n-roll secret is about to break wide open. One Nine Hundred has a remarkable talent for unleashing heavy, hard rocking singles, while still being able to soften their sound for intricate but heart-wrenching ballads. Known for an intense live show, One Nine Hundred has performed with the likes of Nickelback, Queens of the Stone Age, and Noise Therapy. Their 3rd album, O9H, is polished hard rock gem highlighted by exploding guitar melodies, heart pounding percussion, and kinetic vocals.

Toronto-based alternative roots rocker, Peter Grant, is a veteran of Canadian bands Dig Deeper and Adam’s Rib. The vocalist/guitarist has performed in more than 30 countries and his soulful music has been featured on TV shows like Dawson’s Creek. Recently he performed as a guitarist in Ang Lee’s Academy Award winning movie, Brokeback Mountain.

Rising from the ashes of the Halifax pop explosion, Canadian indie rockers Galore combine shout-out-loud choruses and driving melodies to produce a high kicking glam rock sound reminiscent of the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, and T-Rex. Their debut album, Parader, was heralded by Chart Magazine as “the perfect summer record,” and in 2006 they upped the ante with their sophomore release, Amplifier. The Toronto Sun called Amplifier, “an appealing Costello-esque power pop album.”

Formed in 1997 on the outskirts of Toronto by guitarist/vocalist Derek Lathrop, Adam’s Rib celebrates their 10th anniversary this year with the release of their sixth album, Blue. Featuring a number of crossover singles, Blue brings urban and Caribbean influences to the band’s passionate, driving, and very personal hybrid of Counting Crows and the Goo Goo Dolls. The Rib, as their fans know them, has toured Canada 12 times and shared the bill with the likes of Santana, Sting, Stevie Nicks, and Nickelback.

Lawrenceburg, Indiana’s drift has been delivering driving, melodic, and soul-searching alternative rock to the Cincinnati scene since 2001. The modern rock quartet’s unique blend of guitar driven, radio-ready pop blends memorable hooks and moving messages, energizing audiences across the region. Their second full-length album, follow the day, brings to mind Third Eye Blind producing an album for Three Doors Down. With hometown success under their belt and the band’s edgy and personal approach, drift is clearly ready to step onto the national stage.

Founded in 2002 by Toronto-based session musician Sean Kelly - an avowed fan of pop-savvy ‘70s hard rockers like Cheap Trick, Kiss, and Alice Cooper – Crash Kelly combines handclap-driven boogie with guitar-strutting arena rock anthems. Regular touring across North America led the band to be signed by Los Angeles-based Liquor and Poker Music, which reissued Crash Kelly’s 2003 debut, Penny Pills. Last year saw the release of the stellar Electric Satisfaction, a tribute to Marc Bolan’s breakthrough album with T. Rex, Electric Warrior. The resulting tour saw Crash Kelly make their teenage fantasies come true by opening for Alice Cooper.

A hard rock tour de force hailing from just across the water from Detroit Rock City, Windsor, Ontario’s Lodown was forged on hard riffs and heavy grooves. One part Black Sabbath, one part Tool, and all bravado, Lodown’s near legendary live shows turn into sweaty events of the heart. Their 2006 album, Black Horse, is a riotous affair boasting a bombastic “wall of sound” that seems to scream, “Rock-n-roll can be dangerous again.”

Throughout Mike Keneally’s three decades in music he has refused to be categorized. The San Diego native is a guitarist, vocalist, keyboardist, percussionist, bandleader, producer and most recently, National Music Director for the Paul Green School of Rock Music. In 1987, Keneally was hired to replace Steve Vai on “stunt guitar” in Frank Zappa’s band and went on to appear on classic live albums like Broadway the Hard Way and The Best Band You Never Heard in Your Life before Zappa’s death in 1993. With 9 solo albums to his credit, as well as several guest appearances on a wide variety of projects, Mike felt an irresistible calling in 2005 to assemble his dream-lineup. The result was the Mike Keneally Band, featuring bassist, Bryan Beller, guitarist, Rick Musallam, and drummer, Joe Travers, and AllMusicGuide rated their debut release, Guitar Therapy Live, one of the best albums of 2006.
